Our white sambuca, Opal Bianca, was introduced in the United States in 2001 as a compliment to Opal Nera. The smooth, crystal clear sambuca is created from all natural ingredients. Opal Bianca is blended with a very high quality, clean distillate of neutral spirits from sugar beets. This gives the alcohol a sweet, velvety finish that is critical to the production of sweet liqueurs.
Opal Bianca is a delicious hybrid of flavors derived from star anise, green anise, elderflowers, and a rare variety of lemon. Pure Italian Alpine water from Francoli's own well completes the mix.
